GuestPoint is easy to learn and easy to use. With just two hours of training, you will be entering reservations, checking guests in and out, processing payments and room accounts, and using many of the other great time-saving features.
Designed by industry professionals, GuestPoint was made to look and feel like a familiar front desk environment. Everything is comfortably at your fingertips, supported by an interface that is simple and easy to navigate.
The simplicity of GuestPoint’s property management software makes it an ideal platform for those who have never used a computerised property management system. There are no complicated menus or detailed procedures to memorise, just the capabilities you need to seamlessly run your property from anywhere at any time.
Platform Configuration
After your order is processed, our dedicated implementation team works with you to understand the layout of your property and configures GuestPoint for you accordingly.
Platform Training
GuestPoint software is accompanied by a series of online training videos and learning guides for you to use ongoingly, followed by a personalised one-on-one web-based training session.
Test your Platform
Once you are comfortable, GuestPoint is turned on in Learning Mode. This allows you to run hypothetical scenarios using your GuestPoint system and make any adjustments to the setup you need.
Platform Integration
While you go through the training, our team works in the background to complete any final customisation on your GuestPoint platform. This includes Data Conversion (if contracted) and channel management integration.
Online Bookings
When you are comfortable, you are switched out of Learning Mode and are ready to start taking bookings online.

The team at GuestPoint is here to help you with automatic data backups, 24/7 support, and ongoing product upgrades.
